Music
Curriculum Aims:
-
We aim for all students to view themselves as musicians and to appreciate, understand and perform/compose in varying musical styles.
-
The music curriculum will enable students to reach their full potential by extending and enriching their knowledge, skills and creativity.
-
Music is powerful, and we strive for our department to be a safe, supportive environment that is inclusive and diverse. The opportunities we provide for making music with others will boost a student’s self-esteem and develop many transferable skills.
